REMINDER:
- All reservations must be secured by a 30% deposit.
- Reservations canceled over 15 days prior to check-in will be refunded at 90%
- Reservations canceled 15 to 6 days prior to check-in will be refunded at 50%
- Reservations canceled 5 days or less prior to check-in will receive no refund
- Reservation deposits must be paid via VENMO within 24 hours, using the code included in your confirmation email
- Upon arrival the balance of the reservation, cleaning/sanitation fee and a security deposit will be due
